Ticket Sales and Rescheduling Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL . We cannot refund your payment after it has been processed. No refunds will be made for unused tickets or gift certificates.

Discounts for AAA, military, and International Dining Club card holders, as well as other "in-house" discounts, are applicable only to Dinner Theater reservations. Please mention eligibility for these discounts when reserving your seating. These discounts will not be deducted after payment has been processed.

Tickets for all performances are held in the Box Office. You may pick up your tickets at the Box Office window when you arrive for the dinner/lunch and show.

Riverside Center will not be responsible for and will not reissue any tickets or gift certificates that may be lost or misplaced by the purchaser or holder. Any tickets you receive at the Box Office window, as well as season tickets, gift certificates, and complimentary ticket certificates, should be kept in a safe, accessible place.

Although the shows and dates listed in our promotional brochures and fliers are as accurate as possible, the actual dates, duration of production runs, and specific show titles may change without notice.

Anyone with a reservation who does not attend the reserved performance will be considered a "No Show" and will forfeit the ticket fee for that performance.

If for any reason you must reschedule your reservation, please call the Riverside Center Box Office no later than 12:00 noon on the day before the date of the reserved evening or matinee performance. Only one (1) rescheduling will be allowed, with a processing fee of $10 per ticket for main stage Dinner Theater tickets, or $5 per ticket for Children's Theater tickets.

Tickets must be rescheduled for the same show as originally reserved. Season tickets will not be rescheduled for any show other than that indicated on the tickets.
